PRICING

$50-60 hourly

Mileage included—no extra fee

Minimum one-hour of service pre-paid, clock starting at our door

Billed in 15-minute increments thereafter

Additional rates may apply after hours, weekends and holidays

Third-party purchases/expenses are the responsibility of the customer. A credit card or cash retainer is necessary to cover third-party purchases/expenses. At the user’s request, Grazie Concierge will make purchases with the user’s credit card with the user’s written authorization. Copy of receipts will be provided.

Locations served include central Dallas and central Collin counties

When you hire us, your account is opened and your credit card is securely reserved on file at time of appointment; then charged when service is completed.

All major credit cards and cash accepted. Checks not accepted. Payment due immediately upon completion of service.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested to respect our schedule. If your appointment is cancelled same day, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed.

If the task requested by the client requires access to a business or residence, arrangements will be made to allow Grazie Concierge access to the property. A Key Authorization may be signed if a house key is issued to Grazie Concierge. If, for any reason, we cannot gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client.

Event Planning – In instances of large events, Grazie Concierge will work with recommended partner vendors with the permission of the client. We will assist the client in selecting the preferred vendors for the occasion. However, we will not be responsible in any way and do not represent the quality of any service providers. It will be your responsibility to inquire about any cancellation rules prior to booking and dispute any concerns you have directly with the service provider.

Travel Arrangements – Grazie Concierge will try to find you the best deal for, hotel accommodations, transportation, etc. We do not make air travel arrangements. We will not be responsible in any way and do not represent the quality of any of these service providers. As the customer, you are accountable for the final selection of your destination or service provider. If you are not pleased with any services referred to by our operators, please contact the service provider rather than Grazie Concierge. Once we place an order for flights, hotels, or any other travel related services, we will not be held responsible for any refunds or disputes. It will be your responsibility to inquire about any cancellation rules prior to booking and dispute any concerns you have directly with the service provider. Grazie Concierge will not refund, credit or be held responsible whatsoever for any travel-related purchases.

Privacy and Confidentiality – We promise that your personal information will be protected and only used in the performance of our highest service to you. We will not sell, disclose, or exchange your private information to anyone without your permission. We may ask for customer satisfaction comments and with permission use these on our website to promote our services.
